About Lovernich
The Lovernich Residential Complex is comprised of three blocks, which house nearly 300 Seaver College students. The complex features a central landscaped courtyard and the Lovernich Commons, a community space with a large dining table, couches, bathrooms, and a big-screen TV. The Commons is well-suited for large community events as well as casual movie nights and studying. A team of resident advisors and spiritual life advisors live in Lovernich to guide and support our students during their time as residents.
Adopt-A-Dorm
Parents and family members are encouraged to support the student experience residing in the apartment community. Assistance will enhance students' learning, living, and community experiences both inside and outside the dorm.
Adoptive parents and family members will be dedicated to helping the Housing and Residence Life (HRL) staff group comprised of Residential Advisors, Spiritual Life Advisors, and the Residential Director, better meet the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the students in their apartments. Adoptive parents will bless students and the HRL staff group by Assisting, Donating, Outing, Praying and Treating their adopted hall during the academic months of September to April. Parents and family members close by or far away are welcome to adopt.
